In May 2022, Representative Tim Burchett told reporters that he had been told about wreckage from UFOs that had allegedly been recovered in the past by the U.S. military. According to Burchett, he said that “multiple sources” had informed him of this fact, though he provided no additional details.
From the rumored crash of a UFO at Roswell, New Mexico in 1947, to modern efforts involving the analysis of alleged materials of unearthly origin, claims of material recovered from UAP encounters have circulated for decades.
